Nat'l Coalition of Blacks for Reparations

The National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America (N'COBRA) extends its profound condolences to the family of the Honorable Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee for their loss.  

The Congresswoman was a fierce advocate for social justice and worked relentlessly to assure that People of African Descent could officially celebrate Juneteenth.  

She never lost sight of HR 40 and in the 117th Legislative Session proudly announced that HR 40 had 196 cosponsors on the books and 21 commitments for a total of 217 cosponsors.  

The Congresswoman will be sorely missed!
