Carrecter Builders is where personal development ideas and conversations actually meet action. We laugh, we play, and we get things done to make the world we want to see, by being our own role models and an inspiration to one another.

"Waking up before the birds chirp." It has a double meaning. Getting up before the actual birds start chirping. The interesting thing about walking off the beaten path or the path laid out for you is that you don't know where the snakes and the mines are. You don't know if you'll step in mud. But if you get to the other side, people are bound to follow. The interesting thing about walking off the beaten path or the path laid out for you is that you don't know where the snakes and the mines are. Waking up at 4:30 am is my way of taking control of my life and thoughts. If I wake before the birds chirp, I give myself a chance to be the first person I hear in the morning. To gather my thoughts, outline my priorities, design who I want to be.Waking up at 4:30 am is my way of taking control of my life and thoughts. Shaan Puri from "My First Million" is a large advocate for being a lazy entrepreneur. It's not about how much you work, it's more about what you work on. Work on significant projects and you will get significant outcomes. Work on little projects, get little outcomes.Shaan Puri from "My First Million" is a large advocate for being a lazy entrepreneur. Life is an experiment. We constantly focus on the outputs (dependent variables) instead of the inputs (independent variables). Change your inputs and you'll get a new output. Not the other way around. You won't force the same energy and thinking into creating a new consequence unless the laws of nature (the environment) changes.Life is an experiment.
