I invite you to join my NAFBP (New Awakening For Black People) private group. I don't know if you are aware of The BackRoom which is the sister social network to OBT Social now called Sikhona Social created by Michael, the same owner.

The BackRoom gives our Black/Afrikan brothers and sisters more privacy to say what we mean and mean what we say without looking over our shoulders or hearing from other human species that get offended by what we discuss, post, and point the finger.

OBT Social caters to all people. I have been contacted by many white people. I suppose they see my light skin thinking I am one of them. However, I don't accept them when it comes to our history whereby their ancestors stole, changed, destroyed, removed our history, and made it their HIS-STORY.

My NAFBP covers years of research whereby scientific research is at the forefront which brings all the facts with the collaboration of science, linguistics, history, archeology, anthropology, law documents, etc. We get a holistic view of facts regarding our true Black/Afrikan history going back 1000s of years ago.

The research continues forward to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade/Colonization of Afrika and what came afterward. We also post and discuss today's events that affect our people both negatively and positively. We are a great people of all colors. The descendants of our Black/Afrikan ancestors brought forth everything to this world as seen today that was built upon. Our history is extremely extensive and covers the 4-corners of the world.

The information and research materials that I'm providing (docs, videos, lectures, maps, timelines, images, etc.) are not found in any colleges and have never been taught at home, in school, or in church. What was hidden from us is now revealed as new data continues to come our way.

The article you are about to read if interested in reading gives somewhat of a kinder view of what was going on. Many white female slave owners forced sexual encounters with their male slaves as more facts reveal. Would you say this was a form of rape?

Now you see many white men and women have slave dungeons today. When I was young and stupid I went on a date line. A white woman invited me to come to her slave dungeon. But as dumb as I was not knowing my true Black origin (Afrika) and history, I wasn't stupid and was never that trusting of people.

Quite naturally, I declined. But that white woman wanted a black man and didn't care how light-skinned he was so it seemed. Therefore, slavery (sex, dominance, and so on) is still prevalent in the minds of many white people who want to act it out on Blacks in some way, fashion, or form. If not, they will act it out on each other.

Remember, we are only 159 years removed from slavery in America. That's not long ago.

From time to time, I'm going to present to you Black/Afrikan History books and other books about our people, and our history to read. You need to grow your mind to have a clear understanding of our history and what happened to our people.

The books that I will present after this one will only be revealed in my NAFBP private group at BackRoom Social.

You need to understand our ancestors, culture, spiritual systems, and what it was like back in the day. Learn from the mistakes our Black/Afrikan ancestors made by not coming together and preparing for war by enemies who have been watching us, infiltrating and learning from us only to invade, conquer, destroy, steal, and enslave which is still happening today but in other forms such as an enslaved Black mind.

You should get your copy, either free or paid for. Many books written by our Black Historians and Scholars can be found on Google in a free PDF version.

What an amazing tree... The Baobab Tree in South Africa is often referred to as The Tree of Life.

What was the name prior to Afrika?

According to Senegalese historian Dr. Cheikh Anta Diop, the ancient name of Africa was Alkebulan, which means "mother of mankind" or "garden of Eden". The name was used by the Moors, Nubians, Ethiopians, and other indigenous people.

The name Africa was given to the continent by the ancient Romans and Greeks. Some experts believe that the name Africa comes from two Phoenician words, "friqi" and "pharika", which translate to "corn" and "fruit".

The word "Africa" came into existence in the late 17th century. Initially, it only referred to the northern part of the continent. Around that time, the continent had been colonized, and the Europeans ruled over its people as slaves. They influenced the change of identity from Alkebulan to its present name.
