They are ideal for industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food and chemical .

Large Scale Vacuum Emulsifying Homogenizer Features

Suitable for cream ,lotion ointment and paste with viscosity of 10,000~200,000cps.

Single, double or 3-tier mixing tanks.

The shape of the outer frame mixing paddle fits the mixing drum design, ensuring no dead space in the mixing drum and enhancing the mixing.

Extreme vacuum up to -0.1 MPA for efficient defoaming.

Hydraulic tilting of the pan body for discharging.

Dual cylinders for smooth lifting and lowering.

Working capacity from 500L 650L 850L 1000L 1300L.

Reverse mixing system with center shaft and wall scraper.

Bottom discharge valve for easy draining of cleaning water.

Material 304 and 316 are optional.

The water-oil pan is mounted on a separate platform for easy mobility.

Equipped with staircase platform and safety rail.
