Suitable for cream ,lotion ointment and paste with viscosity of 10,000~200,000cps.
Reverse mixing system with center shaft and wall scraper.
Extreme vacuum up to -0.1 MPA for efficient defoaming.
Hydraulic lift system for open the tank and tilting for discharging.
Electric heating is high efficiency , steam heating are optional.
Lower or bottom homogenizer mixer are optional.
Working capacity is 150L, 200l ,250L, 350L.
The shape of the outer frame paddle fits into the mixing tank to ensure no dead space in the tank and enhance the mixing.
Material 304 and 316 or other coating are optional.
The water-oil tank is mounted on a separate platform for easy mobility.
