Path of Exile 2’s newest content drop, Dawn of the Hunt, has already delivered some game-changing moments—but nothing quite as wild as what happened during my recent grind. Somehow, someway, I managed to poe2 trade completely break the leveling experience, flying through zones and gaining absurd amounts of experience at speeds I didn’t even think were possible.

This wasn’t a fluke. It was the perfect storm of a powerful build, an overlooked farming route, and some clever planning. Here’s how it happened—and why this moment might be one of the most busted XP farms PoE2 has seen so far.

The Setup: Lightning Spear + Deadeye Synergy

Let’s start with the build. I was running a Deadeye Lightning Spear setup—already one of the most popular and powerful builds in the current PoE2 meta. With extra projectiles, high crit scaling, and absurd clear speed, the build was a perfect fit for mass farming.

Honestly? Probably. This kind of XP gain wasn’t intended to cheap Path of Exile 2 Currency scale this fast. I imagine GGG will either tone down the zone event XP rates or limit the way they stack with shrine and gear bonuses.

But for now, it stands as one of the most satisfying power spikes I’ve ever experienced in an ARPG.
