2. Draw a vertical line down the middle of the page
3. On the left side, list the thoughts you have about YOURSELF (list as many as possible)
4. On the right side, write the name of the person you heard each line from
5. Count how many ideas are yours and how many are your parents, friends, and influencers
6. Ask yourself if you belief the idea or not
