No. I guess African Presidents could repeat the threat they've made already, "The West must change the negative narrative. They have stolen the minds of our sons & daughters who we are sick of seeing killed in the streets like dogs". They just give another resource cut or..carry through with initial threats. Personally since Russia & Africa have alliances, such as building 15+ Nuclear power plants, I'd like to see Africa have warships sent for those ready to head to the Mother/Holy land.
