Why do I no longer use the KJV Bible?
The English of the KJV is beautiful but it is also obsolete. Because its English is no longer used by ordinary people, it no longer gives the meaning of the ancient writers and it no longer speaks to modern readers. It is neither accurate nor intelligible.
