Africa's Major Problem
In my opnion the major problem for all african countries is lack of Presidents who care for their countries and people. They all work for themselves and families not africans interest. A good example is the late Magufuli, who managed to change his country to middle income in five years, so all countries are campable of developing if they have nation loving leaders or presidents.
