  • THE PAIN, THE TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR WORTH, AND LEADERSHIP

Leadership is never an abomination for those who are qualified; however, it becomes an abomination when those vested with authority abuse their power. True leadership entails trust, fact-checking, and the ability to differentiate between manipulation and the exalted content of one's authority.

    - "A leader is not one who has followers, but one who has leaders following him." – John C. Maxwell

Where do we go wrong? Perhaps it's when we delegate authority to each department, or maybe our emotions, ego, or even lack of wisdom come into play. Everyone has that one person who can influence them, but if you don't have someone who can hold you accountable, you're in a high-tension situation that's ripe for damage.

    - "Leadership is not about titles, positions, or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another." – John C. Maxwell

A few months ago, I reflected on how some leadership structures operate. It's a pure dictatorship system in which followers speak ill of their leaders behind their backs but praise them to their faces. They play the game well, but those of us who aren't quick to speak know what's really going on. Once you start speaking negatively about your mentor or father figure, forget about being respected by others.

    - "The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things." – Ronald Reagan

In conclusion, as a leader or father figure, it's essential to know your worth and establish it before your followers to avoid chaos and confusion in this season of life. This letter is intended to offer guidance

  • My Journey, My Pride❤️

If you know me well, you'll attest that my passion for Early Childhood Education began the moment I started studying it.
Despite facing mockery, laughter, and even being referred to as "nanny" or "maman Yara," I've never wavered in my dedication. In fact, the criticism only fueled my enthusiasm for educating young minds.

I've witnessed firsthand transformative power of quality early childhood education. It shapes curiosity, fosters creativity, and builds character. Our educational system needs competent educators, not half-baked ones to teach our kids.

That's why I'm proud to be part of a movement that's breaking down barriers and shaping the next generation for a brighter future.

Every child deserves access to quality early childhood education, and I'm committed to making that a reality. I'm proud to be a caregiver and educator, and I invite you to join me on this journey with Daisy Advocacy Center .
Together, let's bring transformative change to our educational system and communities at large.

Don't be apathetic about Early Childhood Education; instead, let's join forces to raise massive awareness and advocate for quality early childhood education.

  • Writing in The Africa Report on Monday, Tigray’s vice-president and a veteran military commander, General Tsadkan Gebretensae, warned that “the prospect of war being imposed and Tigray becoming a battlefield for [Eritrea and Ethiopia] is real”.

Now, analysts warn of a ‘creeping coup d’etat’ in Ethiopia’s northernmost region, with both Asmara and Asmara are reportedly preparing for war.

  • The only mummy from which scientists did not dare and refused to remove the linen because there is no human being or technology in the whole world that can return it as it was. In 1919, in Egypt's Valley of the Kings, the "Bashiri" mummy was discovered by the famous Egyptologist Howard Carter. This mummy stands tall in its mystery, refusing to submit to modern science. The process of wrapping the mummy in linen is considered one of the most important stages of mummification, as it requires extreme skill and precision to ensure the stability of the body and protect it from external factors.

  • If you are a Black American, you need to watch this educational video to understand that Black Indians are indigenous to the land now called America. You could very well be a descendant. There were many Black tribes with various names that the Asiatic Mongolians (so-called Native American Indians) stole, including the Black Indian heritage.

The Asiatic Mongolians arrived later throughout the Americas and scientific research proves it--Afrikans sailed and migrated to the Americas including what is now called the United States.

Most of the evidence in many US states points to the existence of Black Afrikan people. There are mounds, pyramids, house dwellings, forts, caves, writings, edges in stone, human fossils--oldest being Afrikan, and other evidence. The US government is hiding much of the evidence while others are saying the ancient civilizations were built by aliens or non-Blacks. For us, aliens should be the code name for Black Afrikans who were superior.

Watch the video and do your research. Start by asking all your family members, especially the elders, to see what they know or have heard.
