  A wealth of knowledge about farming was shared. I must say the National Black Growers Council do things in style. See photos attached. From the graciousness of the Host Administration and members, wonderful people met, many educational lectures and delicious foods, I must say it was a “Grand Affair”. I’m Proud to be a new member.

  Federation of Southern Cooperatives / Land Assistance Fund: Heirs’ Property Boot Camp, December 5-7, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia;
  
  I attended this wonderful 57 year old organization’s three day Boot Camp. They had as Guest Speakers numerous people in the field to help you with your heir property issues, farming and more, e.g., lawyers, forestry, lending agency, etc.
  
  We were given a Boot Camp Workbook to assist us month by month on what to do in resolving our heirs’ property issues. A wealth of knowledge was shared. I’m so grateful in learning about this great organization.

  Imam Jamil Abdullah al-Amin, formerly known as H. Rap Brown, is an 81-year-old Freedom Fighter and human rights activist who has been imprisoned since 2002. He has already dealt with significant medical issues such as cancer and strokes. His current incarceration is the result of a winding pursuit by the federal government that originated in the late 1960s, when he was in the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee. He is one of many political prisoners currently being held in U.S. prisons, at least 19 of whom have been locked up since the 1970s for their activity in the revolutionary liberation movement.
