GOLDEN MILK BENEFITS:

ANTIBACTERIAL
ANTIVIRAL
ANTIFUNGAL

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/4 cup of milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp of honey

Directions:
— Add coconut milk, or almond milk to blender
— Add cinnamon, all spice, turmeric, ginger, vanilla extract, black pepper, blend 1 min
— On the stove, heat up the blended mixture, add honey & ENJOY
