    OBT Social Friend & Renowned Ghanaian-American scientist and inventor of fiber optics, Dr Thomas Mensah, has died at age 74. If it were not for Dr. Mensa, the internet would not be what it is today and the bright digital dashboards in your cars among other things would not be possible.

    OBT Social Chairman & President with Inventor Dr. Thomas Mensa in Accra Ghana in 2021. Dr. Mensa passed away on March 27, 2024. We have lost a great inventor who never received the recognition he deserved.
