Set u a military drone base promising jobs to the people, infrastructure that never happened and to rid the region of 'WHOEVER' was attacking them, stealing their resources. SOMEBODY during tramps admin sent top secret gov docs proving the West had built an undersea oil pipeline draining the region. Putin sent military down and blew it up, then gave superior weaponry to fight off the thieves as Russia has always done for Africa:

  They were to good before to step on/visit out of respect as they do white countries....But Whites are so desperate now and see the writing on the wall. Can't send their military in to rape, bomb, kill and steal resources. Africa keeps the eco system going not the Amazon as whites taught/teach.
