One of the advantages of doing scientific research is to validate or invalidate what someone has said or written. We cannot settle on just Googling something to validate our claims or narratives because what was written or documented by someone can be wrong or falsified deliberately by one's hidden agenda. Therefore, we must take a collective approach to gathering all the data from History, Science, Linguistics, Archeology, Anthropology, Law Documents, and so on. This collective data is called scientific research which ends all arguments and debates but can also approve or disapprove what someone said or has written.
