HBCUs are the key to Black Empowerment! HBCU Alumni are the key to Empowering HBCUs. In 2024, they will be asked to collectively financially give their support to a plan that seeks to create 10 New Black Medical Schools, 10 New Black Law Schools and 10 New Full (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, BioMedical, Electronic, Chemical, Aerospace, Material Science, Agricultural, & Industrial) Engineering Schools. Charles E. Campbell, Founder & CEO of Cuptoopia.com, Inc, will launch a nation campaign to raise funds to build 30 New Schools at 30 HBCUs.
This bold new visionary plan seeks to address the Disparities of Black Physicians, Black Lawyers and Black Engineers. These three professions are critical to the Uplift and Empowerment of Black African American People in the next decade.

When launched, alumni must challenge our HBCU President to compete for one of the Schools by submitting a proposal with a budget, then recruit students, alumni, businesses and supporters to donate.
The best proposal with the most feasible budget for the fastest implementation and the greatest number of donations will be chosen as the winner in 2025.
